Located within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops downtown! A short walk to University of Idaho (approximately 10-15 minute walk) and downtown Moscow . 15 minute drive to Washington State University.

This home is designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay for 2-6 guests with several sleeping options, a full bathroom with tub, places to relax, and a cozy dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 1: King bed with closet, extra seating, and plenty of clothing storage.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet and personal workspace. The washer and dryer are also in this room.

Additional sleeping option: the couch is a full sleeper sofa and we will provide extra bedding and pillows for it if there are more than 4 guests!

The beds all have plenty of pillows and high quality linens and bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of large, plush towels are available for each guest.

Kitchen and dining area: This warm, inviting space has a variety of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils available for your cooking needs. There is also a microwave, toaster, and several coffee making options.

Living room: With plenty of blankets and pillows available as well as several windows for natural light and views of Moscow, this is a perfect place to relax and read, enjoy some TV, and visit.

Stairs! Please note that due to this apartment being the third story of this historic home, there are a fair number of stairs one must go up and down.
